We are a growing Commercial High-Rise Window Cleaning Company seeking an experienced professional to join our team. If you have a passion for high-rise work and a solid background in commercial window cleaning, we want to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities:
1) Commercial High-Rise Exterior Window Cleaning: Includes repelling-type support, swing stage, bosun chair, and other techniques.
2) Commercial Interior Window Cleaning: Professional cleaning of interior windows in commercial spaces.
3) Commercial High Dusting: Cleaning high fixtures such as lighting, artwork, and structural elements.
4) Commercial Pressure Washing: Cleaning building exteriors, sidewalks, and other surfaces.
5) Commercial High-Rise Sealant/Caulking Services: Providing necessary sealant and caulking for high-rise buildings.
Compensation:
- Hourly Rate: $18–$24 per hour, based on experience.
- Benefits: The company provides safety vests, cleaning tools, and access to company-owned lift equipment.
Qualifications:
- A minimum of 2 years of Commercial High-Rise Window Cleaning experience is preferred, but not required.
- We value candidates with an adventurous, safety-conscious personality who are eager to apply their expertise in a
dynamic and challenging work environment.
- Valid Driver’s License and Reliable Transportation are required for travel across the Denver Metro area and surrounding
counties (Arapahoe, Jefferson, Douglas, Adams, Boulder, Broomfield, El Paso, Larimer, and Weld Counties).
- Must be comfortable with safety protocols and working at heights.
